Eric Trouillot is the Director of Business Development, responsible for the global sales at Acceleware launching RF Heating solutions and services for heavy oil reservoirs. He has 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Acceleware he has held various roles in the upstream geoscience technology sector. His previous experiences include management positions at Paradigm Geophysical and at Halliburton providing geological, petrophysical and geophysical solutions to the oil and gas industry. Eric has a bachelors in civil engineering from the University of Egletons in France.

X-energy Canada

Jordan Crowell is a Nuclear Engineer who holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering. He joined X-energy in 2020, first supporting the development of new nuclear in Ontario. Prior to joining the company, Jordan worked for Small Modular Reactor startups, such as Oklo and Holosgen. With specialized expertise in reactor core design, he currently supports X-energy’s design and development of the Xe-100 Fuel Handling System. He is a born and raised Calgarian, happily married and father of a baby girl named Ruby. Jordan currently lives just outside of Washington DC, in Rockville, Maryland.

Drew is a training and reliability solutions manager with 13 years of experience in an industrial plant setting in areas such equipment inspection, and condition monitoring in ethylene, metal processing, and oil refining plants. His also has extensive experience in conducting reliability program consultations such as benchmarking scorecards, lubrication audits and preventative maintenance optimization in various industries from paper mills to oil refineries. In addition, Drew regularly conducts lubrication and reliability training for certification and non-certification courses. He has a passion for assisting in the development of reliability programs for companies just starting on their path to reliability to world class facilities by training staff to further their knowledge to champion their reliability programs. Drew holds a Materials Engineering Technology Diploma with a specialization in Failure Analysis, and an Aircraft Skin and Structures Technician Certificate. He enjoys playing sled hockey, mountain biking and camping with his wife, daughter and dog, an Alaskan Malamute.

A planning and scheduling professional with a diverse background, encompassing 15-years Oil and Gas industry, in Canada, advancing planning systems, and Primavera P6 scheduling for plant commissioning, and refinery maintenance turnarounds at large oil and gas producers; and 20-years in the forest industry, road design engineering, forest management planning, implementing geographic information systems and developing environmental management systems at an international forest products leader.

Mr. Clarke has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership positions for major energy and resource developments in power, oil & gas and metals. Mr. Clarke’s most recent role was as Vice President – Commercial and Strategy for Maritime Iron where he led the strategic planning, site selection, partner and government negotiations for a $1.5 billion iron smelter in the United States and Canada. Mr. Clarke has also been engaged in recent years as an expert advisor by McKinsey, KPMG and Long International on project strategy and execution. Previously, Mr. Clarke has held strategic leadership and commercial roles with Nalcor Energy (Lower Churchill Project), Fort Hills and Terra Nova (Petro-Canada), Hebron (Chevron), White Rose (Husky) and Hibernia (Exxon). He has seasoned commercial, project delivery and strategic leadership expertise including partnership negotiations, strategic risk & planning, government relations, supply chain, contract relationship management, dispute resolution, project finance & insurance, labor relations and organization development.
